I’m Eoin Ryan.
I’ve worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Having spent over a decade as an on-the-ground PT in various gyms I have learned from first hand experience how best to maximise a client/coach relationship in order to maximise and achieve your goals.
My personal journey and struggles with my body have truly shaped the PT I have become, and also the values and compassion I like to install into my work.
I’ve been overweight, I’ve lacked confidence, I’ve often felt like the least important person in a room. Health and fitness helped me find value not only in my body but also in my voice. I hope that I can pass on that confidence to you.
The first step I take with every client is to listen to their journey and craft a service that will unlock their full potential.
